Spelt Tagliatelle with mushrooms and broccoli

Ingredients

(Serves 2)

  • Spelt tagliatelle spinach 2 cups
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • Closed cup mushrooms 1 pack 250g
  • Broccoli
  • Sea salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Worchestershire 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Method

Boil the pasta in hot water until cooked! 5 minutes are usually enough.

Meanwhile fry the chopped garlic in oil. Stir in the mushrooms and broccoli and cook a few minutes. Season it with salt and pepper. Add in the corn flour and worchestershire sauce. Keep stirring and watch it thicken! 😮

Add in the cooked tagliatelle and stir! ……..Voila! Ready to serve 😀

 

To Serve

A glass of white wine if you feel like it 😉
